What Is The LOWA Boots Warranty & Repair Policy

When it comes to providing the best customer experience for customers and their LOWA Boots, LOWA has a dedicated warranty and repair policy to assist our customers in getting the longest life out of our footwear as possible.

LOWA Military Boots Warranty Policy

While we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and the use of responsibly sourced materials, we want to take full responsibility for any of our footwear that may have any defects. LOWA Boots have a limited warranty period of 6 months after the initial purchase date. Our warranty ensures your boots are free from defects either from craftsmanship or materials and we proudly replace any product in which this may be the case. You’ll just need to return the boots to the retail location where they were purchased with your original receipt. This warranty is limited and excludes other damages which are especially caused because of neglect, inappropriate use, poor fit, waste, wear and tear, improper repair or changes and modifications. It also excludes consequential damages which arise other than on the LOWA shoes themselves.

If you ordered LOWA military, tactical or police boots online through us, you’ll have to take steps through the website at lowamilitaryboots.com.

Because LOWA boots are crafted from high-quality materials and are designed to be worn and fit for optimal performance, we recommend getting your shoes home and wearing them indoors to try them out. Ill-fitting boots and boots that have not been worn outside, with all tags still on, booklets included may be returned, but an ill-fitting boot is not considered a warranty issue. We want you out and using your boots, but normal wear and tear is not covered by the LOWA Boot warranty. Depending on the circumstance, the sole of the boot may start to separate from the shoe itself. In most cases, this is due to minimal use and prolonged storage.

LOWA Boot Repair Policy

Due to the quality and craftsmanship that goes into our footwear, we make them to last. That being said, we realise that some of our customers are pretty hardcore in their many adventures. In these situations, it’s not uncommon for heavy mileage to wear down the treads and require some structural repairs such as lacing systems and rubber rand repair. Our repair services vary for the different types of boots, so be sure you check out our warranty page to get details on who to contact depending on the product you purchased. The purpose of our repair policy is not to refurbish your beloved footwear, but to extend it’s working life. You can contact us at the above link for more information on pricing and availability.

We pride ourselves on quality, and we know that’s what you look for when you purchase your boots from LOWA. It’s important to us that you have the reassurance that we’ll help take care of your boots throughout their lifetime. Our warranty is there to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase, and our repair policy is in place to make sure you get the maximum use out of our products.
